A post-construction clean works the space from the ceiling down, then goes back over it until surfaces stay clean.
We clean after remodels, additions and new builds.
Because Juni handles painting and repairs, we also catch the small leftovers a crew can miss, like a paint drip on a tile or a cover plate that never went back on, and can take care of those too.

When should we book the clean?
After the last trade leaves and the dumpster and debris are gone. If a few punch-list items are still open, tell us and we will plan around them.
Do you work for contractors or homeowners?
Both. Whether the call comes from the owner or the builder, the clean is the same.
Is this the same as a move-in clean?
Close, but heavier. Construction dust needs more passes and more attention on vents, tracks and fixtures.
