Should the power and water be on?
Yes, please. We need running water and electricity to clean properly, so keep the utilities on through the day of the clean.
Can you clean on the day I move out?
Often, as long as the house is empty when we arrive. End-of-month dates fill quickly, so book as soon as you know your date.
Do you clean rentals for landlords and property managers?
Yes. Turnovers between tenants are the same job, and we can keep a regular arrangement if you manage more than one home.
